Data controller
Personal data handled through diamonddynastypl is controlled by The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, 3355 South Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas NV 89109. Privacy enquiries go to privacy@diamonddynastypl.com.
Information we record
- Technical data: IP address, an approximate geolocation estimated from it (city or region level), the user agent string, device and browser type, requested pages and visit times.
- Form data: whatever name, email, topic and message you type into the contact form.
- Consent choices: the cookie categories you switched on or off, kept in local storage on your device.
Why the data is used
- Serving pages and protecting the site against misuse, on the basis of legitimate interest.
- Analytics that show which parts of the review get read, with consent only.
- Marketing measurement, letting a referral partner credit a reservation to this site, with consent only.
- Replying to people who write in, on the basis of legitimate interest or a request you made.
Recipients of data
Our hosting and analytics vendors process technical data for us under contract. With advertising cookies switched on, partner and affiliate networks receive click identifiers used to match reservations to visits. Hotel sites reached through our links run under their own privacy policies. Contact messages are never sold.
Certain vendors operate in the United States or elsewhere outside your country. Where required, those transfers lean on recognised legal safeguards, for instance the EU model clauses.
Storage duration
Access logs are erased after 90 days at most. Aggregated analytics reports are held for up to 26 months. Messages are kept while a conversation continues and for no more than two years afterwards. Your cookie decision lasts twelve months before the bar reappears.
Rights in the EU and UK (GDPR)
People covered by the GDPR or UK GDPR can request a copy of their data, its correction or erasure, a pause on processing, a portable export, or object where we rely on legitimate interest. Withdrawing consent is possible whenever you like and does not undo lawful earlier use. Any privacy regulator in your home country will also accept a complaint.
Rights in California (CCPA / CPRA)
If you live in California, you may learn which types of personal details this site holds about you and obtain copies, have them fixed or erased, restrict use of sensitive details, and say no to their sale, or to their disclosure for targeted advertising across sites and apps. We read a Global Privacy Control signal as exactly that refusal, so advertising cookies turn off on their own. Nobody receives poorer service for using these rights.
Minors
This review is written for adults, and we have no wish to hold data about anyone younger than 18. Should a minor's details reach our inbox, let us know so we can erase them.
How to send a request
Email privacy@diamonddynastypl.com and name the right you want to use. A brief identity check may be needed before we act, and our answer arrives within the statutory deadline.
