Every play matters in Diamond Dynasty, and understanding our Balls System is key to making the best decisions for your team. Whether you’re building a powerhouse of sluggers or focusing on elite pitching, your strategy must be based on how points are earned and lost.

How You Earn Points

Players on your fantasy team earn points based on their real-life performances in MLB games. The better they play, the more points you score. Here’s how different plays contribute to your total:

Batting Points:

Home Run: +10 points

Triple: +8 points

Double: +6 points

Single: +4 points

Run Batted In (RBI): +5 points

Run Scored: +5 points

Stolen Base: +7 points

Walk (BB): +3 points

Hit By Pitch (HBP): +3 points

Pitching Points:

Strikeout (K): +3 points

Inning Pitched: +5 points

Win (W): +10 points

Save (SV): +8 points

Complete Game: +12 points

Shutout (SHO): +15 points

How Points Are Deducted

Not all plays work in your favor—mistakes and poor performances will cost you points:

Batting Penalties:

Strikeout (Batter): -3 points

Caught Stealing: -4 points

Pitching Penalties:

Earned Run Allowed (ER): -2 points

Hit Allowed (H): -1 point

Walk Allowed (BB): -1 point

Blown Save (BS): -6 points
